Word Cound and other complaints
I'm not even going to get into the crazyness that's happening in my hometown right now, but I'll just say that - as a Town's Hall worker - I was supposed to stay at work till 7pm today. Crazy. Fortunatelly it turned out I was relieved to go home at 3, which is even earlir than usual, and kids were with grandma till the evening, so...

I made around 300 words. ONLY!!! *banghead*

And they weren't on my main WiP either, but on that other story, that is (wow) in English. And is rather untitled as of yet. Anyway I figured out the crew of a space ship of the recon squadron (that is rather nameless as well, but something with Virginia should be the name), on which Nathan Hadar is going to serve. Nathan Hadar has a name which is weird, isn't it? Or rather two names as his real one is Ilan Tehila Gal, but he wouldn't want his comrades and superiors to know that. For the reasons I won't get into right now.

Goodnight.

Why did you have to stay at work for so long on a Saturday? Are there elections or anything else important going on?

300 words for a busy day is good, I'd say. And yay for working on your english story :o)

Gads, do you really have to know? ;)

Okay, here it goes (forgive my grammar and poor vocabulary). My town's municipal transport company (which is owned by the Town, but the Prez wanted to sell part of it into private hands) went into strike (because of that selling). And the Prez closed it completely. So for a few days there were no busses whatsoever. Then the busses and drivers form another cities arrived here, but... they didn't know which ways to go. So they needed pilots. And who were those pilots? Why, the Prez's workers of course. And since I'm working at the Town's Hall...

I was assigned to be a pilot on Friday from 13:00 till 19:00, but as it turned out, not so many pilots were needed, so I was sitting in the hot August sun, at that place they keep all the busses, for almost three hours. For nothing. Luckily I returned home earlier, but was too worn out to really manage a decent word-count.

Oh wow, that's a lot of trouble and definitly a lot more complicated than an election would be. I hope your Prez will be able to solve the problem soon.

You're working on two novels? Go girl.

I think I'm working on at least three now, and one fanfic. Which of course results in finishing nothing. But it's still and improvement to trying to work on seven different things at the moment I joined novel_in_90. :)

ONE fanfic? I know you're busy and I know that I'm (with being overly late with posting all the time) the last person who should say that and I mean no pressure at all ... but aren't you working on TWO fanfics? Grouse and that story (and how bad am I that I forgot the title *bangshead*) with Kara, Lee, Dee, Six and Anders stuck in that strange spaceship? HurtLee, remember? We are still waiting for him to recover. Don't you think the poor guy has suffered enough already? He's been in pain for a long while now ;o)

Okay, I stop. I know you are working on so many things and your original novels definitely come first. I'm really proud of you for all that :o) So, how many of these novels are in english?

Silke, don't worry. THAT's the fanfic I'm working on. :) Grouse next chapters will be written AFTER I finish "Different" (which btw is on a good road to be finished before season four, though not before Razor I'm afraid)

I think most of my stories will be in English now. That main WiP ("Prophecy") is in Polish, because it started that way five years ago, and I have about a quarter of it written already. But it's much easier for me to translate English to Polish if need be, than to translate Polish to English - that's nearly impossible and I'm making much more mistakes than when writing English as the first shot.
